SCHEDULE
Meet and greet participants at Riad Miral for a welcome tea. Meet the staff and Chef Khadija (your guide in Moroccan cuisine) who will explain the menu and give you the list of ingredients to buy. Departure from the Riad to the Souk (the covered market), the oldest in the Medina for a tour among the smells and local tradition and to buy everything you need to prepare the menu. Return to the Riad where Khadija awaits you to start becoming a real Moroccan chef ready to cook delicious dishes!
