RATES AND TAXES
Our rates are fixed per room per night, based on 1 or 2 persons with breakfast included. 10% of TVA is included.
Our rates do not include the municipal stay tax of 28 MAD (2.60 euros). These fees are fully paid to the Municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan national tourism office.
DEPOSITS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
The reservation must be paid at the property cash or credit card (American Express is not accepted). No deposit required.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Refundable Rate Plan
Cancellation +15 days before arrival: free cancellation
Cancellation -15 days before arrival or no-show: 100% charge (100% of the amount will be charged by manual transaction)
Non-Refundable Rate Plan
For non-refundable rate reservations, the customer will pay the amount at any time after booking and no refund will be granted except in the case of cancellation due to force majeure for which Riad Miral reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of issuing a customer voucher valid for six months.
